Town & Country Insurance, a Division of First State Bank of Webster City, is a customer focused, technology driven, growth oriented financial services company with five locations in north central Iowa. Town & Country Insurance has grown to be recognized as one of the largest and most progressive insurance providers in Iowa. Within our organization we have the largest representation on the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa," Young Agents Committee". Our Farm & Crop Departments are primarily made up of Iowa State Ag Business Graduates and we are looking to expand these departments.
Achievements: Town & Country Insurance was selected for the second year to be a part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States to participate in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) "Best Practices" Study Group. Only 195 independent agencies throughout the United States qualified for inclusion in the Best Practices Study. An IIABA affiliated state association or an insurance company must first nominate the agency which then must qualify based on outstanding customer services, growth, stability and financial management.

Awarded in 2008 EMC Insurance Companies Premiere Partners Award. This award recognized Town & Country Insurance as one of the highest performing EMC agencies in the country, placing them in the top 2 percent of all EMC agencies nationally.
EMC Insurance Company also recognized Town & Country Insurance as their 10th largest agency in the Des Moines region, based on new business premiums written in 2007.
