$25K Gift Supports Local Auditorium

First State Bank and Town & Country Insurance of Humboldt donated $25,000 to the R. Wesley Carlson Auditorium Improvement project last week. ''We feel that the auditorium is a really good project that needs to get done in the community. We are excited to donate to it," said Rob Dickey, First State Bank Vice President. "The auditorium is a facility that will be used for many years by every student in the school as well as many people throughout the community," Dickey said. ''We feel strongly about contributing to this project." Humboldt Community School District Superintendent Jim Murray says the district has over half of the cost paid for with community donations.
